Local Farm-fresh Eggs from The Dodge Ranch

Roam’n Red Brown Eggs are delivered from the Dodge Ranch in Mountain Ranch in Calaveras County. Fresh from the ranch are farm-fresh, cage-free, ranch-raised eggs! All eggs used at CAMPS are supplied locally.

Blessed with good land, plentiful water and a moderate climate, the Dodge Ranch offers an ideal environment for poultry, livestock and crop and produce production. Day-old chicks are placed in the brooder house that can accommodate up to 300 chicks to for up to six weeks. The young pullets are exposed to a free-range environment in the attached grassy enclosure at 3 to 4 weeks old.
